Hi Jason, For live channel playback, it is hard to check root cause from log messages since TVS works with AML directly to finish live channel playback. On bitbucket, those implementation are released as object files which means we can't see source codes for the error. Thanks ! |

hi kerwin I understand your comment. Frankly speaking, AML don't give a feedback to us about this problem is related to AML'S Player or not. if they give a hint to us, I will ask it to tvstorm. if they don't any action to us , we don't know a status of issue. if you don't see a log directly, but you can help to monitor or push a issue to aml. Hi kerwin this issue was reported from ALT's QA team. and when happen issue user and only push channel up/down, it can see AV normal. so I think it isn't a critical issue now. but since screen is stopped so it is a major issue. if find same issue during SKB bmt issue, it will be a critical issue. please understand it. Thanks |
